What To Look for in Choosing Facilitators
Someone who has “a heart” for people who are going through their own pain, trials, struggles, etc
Someone who has likely experienced their own tragedy, trauma, or significant life-transition and has/is properly processing through it.
Someone who has a mature walk with Jesus and is continuing to grow and cultivate their relationship with Him - not perfect, but in progress.
Someone whose life and character rightly represents the name and nature of Christ.
Someone who is sensitive to and dependent on the Holy Spirit in their own life, and sensitive and dependent to Him as they help others.
Someone who is involved and committed in a local church or part of a defined “spiritual community.”
Someone who is committed to their own ongoing health and wholeness.
Someone who is committed to their own ongoing learning, development, and growth.
Someone who is humble and teachable
