Step Four Follow-Up

AFTER EACH SESSION

  • It’s a good idea to send a follow-up email each week to lay-out people’s homework assignments and remind people of the next class (make them personal),

  • It may also be advantageous to send a quick reminder email a day or two before the next class . . . just to keep the class in front of people’s minds. “Out of sight, out of mind.”

  • Each Waypoint Video will be unlocked for the participants on their profile after your class session. This will allow them to go back during the week and catch material they may have missed or glossed over.

WHEN THE 12 WEEKS ARE OVER

  • We suggest either making your 12th week or adding a 13th week to throw a party together. There is something encouraging and motivating about finishing a course like this all together and celebrating and reflecting on what God has done.

  • Great facilitators will take the opportunity to do some kind of follow-up with each member of their group (email to check in, text message/s, hand-written notes)

  • We always encourage people to take the class again. You catch so much more the second time around.

  • It’s also a great thing to encourage them to bring someone else through the course next time.
