Launch the Course
Step 1
We would suggest adding the url to the Facilitator Hub to your bookmarks so you can easily reference it. (https://www.mypaintopurposeplan.com/facilitator-hub). You can also scroll to the very bottom of the page where our “link junk folder” is and find a link called Local Church Facilitator Hub.
Here is where you can access all the videos to stream Pain to Purpose Course content for your participants. We would suggest adding that link to your bookmarks as well. Remember, you will only be able to access these videos if you're signed in with your account info. So hang on to that login info!
Step 2
Choose your facilitator/s. This is probably the most important decision you will make in regards to this course.

Between our Facilitator Training Videos, Checklists and Local Church Support, we’ll take care of training and orienting your facilitator/s. Again refer to the Facilitator Hub to access the Facilitator Training Videos.
Once you have chosen your Facilitator/s, you can have them register for their access to the Pain to Purpose Videos using this link. Once they register their information will go into our Local Church Facilitator database, so they can be kept in the loop on the on-going trainings and regular Facilitator connection zoom meetings we hold.
Have your Facilitator/s begin watching these Facilitator Training videos and working through the Facilitator Checklist associated with each video.
Step 3
Next it will be really important to go ahead and determine the following things:
The format you will choose for this class (classroom style at a venue, small groups, or virtual class)
The day of the week you're going to hold the class
The time of day you're going to hold the class
For classroom style - be sure to choose and book out the venue you will use for this class. Most churches will use their own venue but it is important to get the particular room you want on your churches schedule. We would suggest booking it for 12/13 weeks in a row and submitting any audio/visual requests to your church's tech team. In the least you will need:
A computer and either a projector with screen or a large Television to stream the videos
Chairs in rows or around tables
Pens or Pencils
For small group style - make sure all of your small group leaders who are facilitating the course have the following:
Their own Facilitator login access to the course videos
Their own copy of the Facilitator's Guidebook. Your subscription only includes one copy, so you’ll want to purchase more copies of the Facilitator Guidebook here.

Step 4
Begin Marketing the course at your local church:

Refer to our Recommended Marketing Plan to get ideas on marketing the course.
